I don't have any allergies, but my dad does - canola oil is the main one.
ReplyDeleteI have allergies to pine trees the pollen, and alpha.
ReplyDeleteI don't know if this book could help with out allergies... Central Texas is like the allergy capital of the world... Cedar Fever, Ragweed, Mold... and when the Cottonwoods and Oaks are pollinating - everything is covered in green pollen or fuzzy white seeds.
ReplyDeleteAnd my wee one is allergic to soy. It's practically in everything, although his reaction has been gradually getting better. We pretty much can't remove soy entirely from his diet, just try to limit his intake.
I've got a couple minor allergies and I know several other people who have them.
ReplyDeleteMy allergies seem like they are getting worse over the years but what is really sad my grand children have them too and the youngest that has allergies is only 3 months old.
